📄 Terms of service

By using kitay.com.ua and our channels on Telegram, Instagram, Facebook, Viber, TikTok and YouTube, you agree to these terms. Our YouTube videos are also subject to the YouTube Terms of Service.

What this site is

Kitay UA is a collection of Temu products with prices in UAH and reviews based on customer feedback. We don't sell products and don't represent Temu. The site contains Temu affiliate links: if you buy via them, we earn a small commission at no extra cost to you.

Prices and availability

Prices are converted to UAH at the National Bank rate at publication. They change often on Temu, so the current price, availability and delivery terms are always on the product page on Temu.

Purchases

Orders, payment, delivery, returns and warranty happen on Temu and are governed by Temu's rules. For questions about an order, contact Temu support.

Reviews and ratings

Reviews and editors' ratings are our opinion based on the seller's description and customer reviews (see “How we review products”). They are not a guarantee of a specific item's quality.

Photos and quotes

Product photos and videos are the sellers' on Temu; customer photos and quotes come from Temu reviews and are labelled as such. If you are a rights holder and want material removed, message us — we'll remove it.

Liability

We prepare materials carefully but can make mistakes. The site is provided “as is”; we are not responsible for the actions of Temu or other sites we link to.

Changes and contact

These terms may be updated — the date is at the bottom of the page. Questions — message us on Instagram or our Facebook page.
