It depends on the order amount and the delivery method. Free delivery from a certain amount is common — Temu shows the threshold in the cart. Tip: place one bigger order instead of several small ones.
How to track a parcel
- Open the Temu app → “Orders”.
- Choose the order — it shows the status and tracking number.
- When the parcel arrives in Ukraine, you'll see the carrier and pickup details.
